The Fundamentals of Weather Control

Since there are so many top scientists that think mankind is changing the Earth's climate and these top scientists have all the answers to solve the catastrophy - I thought I might as well write a text on The Fundamentals of Weather Control.

In the mechanics of Weather Control lie the answers to the most basic questions of our existence - the common source of power and its nature.  As these fundamentals become clear - Weather Control will be understood to be elementary.

Plasma/Electric Discharge  – an everyday thing

I am one of the “lay” people interested in the TB project.  I was introduced to the project one night when I could not sleep and the talk on Coast-to-Coast radio was about a concept of an electric universe – I had to find out more.

I don’t have a PHD, I did not study Astronomy, I don’t have a degree in Physics, and I did not study Geology – we all make mistakes in our lives.

I did once crack a midterm in a graduate level EE class.  You could say I consider Dr. Scott a kind of EE God being a professor of Electrical Engineering – I am very scared of Dr. Scott as I am with all EE Professors – they really know stuff that I think I never will.  I did find the three phase 440 volts in the EE lab more interesting than scary and I have ended up using state of the art electric discharges and plasma to do the impossible everyday.

Your task at the TB Project is to do the impossible.  Mainstream science is wrong?   Maybe completely wrong?  Well, the evidence is clear-cut and the data appears straightforward.

I want to convince you that the impossible is “doable” if we keep our eyes on the target.

I was always frustrated with Physics as it could never explain things to my satisfaction.  I once told my Physics TA at the end of a school year, with my classmates sitting in a chair circle, that no one really understood how any of this stuff really works – much to his dismay and the frightened gasps from my classmates -turns out I was probably right.

I am involved in doing the impossible everyday.  Manufacturing things at the extreme limits of technology.  Many of them perform at current detectable limits which are now as low as parts per trillion!  Many of the processes employ plasma and electric discharge.  When listening to the presentations here – isn’t it interesting that the same processes that are controlling the universe are the same that we use to refine and organize nature into useful structures?  One manufacturing process uses a beautiful purple plasma to create a "state" in a metal surface that experts profess cannot exist.

One interesting thing that should not be overlooked is we are using electric discharge and plasma in manufacturing everyday to separate, organize, purify, and build.  Hardly sounds like chaos to me.  The entire semiconductor (chip) manufacturing industry  advanced processes to the use of plasma in these ways.

I hold 4 FCC licenses for moving information on electromagnetic waves.  I often wonder what vast amount of information might be streaming toward us contained in the plasma structure of space - that we only need to learn how to demodulate – I am sure it is there.
